Year 8 Camp Reflection

Year 8 camp was one of the most fun experiences I've ever had in my life. It gave us independence and it felt weird not to rely on my family members for once to do clothes and all. I loved the responsibility though of getting your own clothes and sleeping by yourself without your parents. My favourite activity of camp was the go carts as it was super fast when you were driving it but when your watching it it's pretty slow and it was pretty terrifying to drive. However I think the whole point of camp was to do things that are out of our comfort zone and to step up and be leaders. It gave me more confidence and it allowed me to volunteer for things rather then get picked to do it. Overall Camp was an amazing experience that I hope to experience again and I loved how it pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me do things I didn't think I would be doing.

(This is a video of me doing a speech to Zach and his camp team.)
